Mumbai: Postgraduate medical students undergoing training under the District Residency Programme (DRP) in Maharashtra will not be allowed to avail inter-district transfers as the State Government has enforced a blanket ban in this regard.
The Hindustan Times has reported that the State has taken this decision, aiming to ensure continuity of medical services in rural, tribal and other underserved regions of the State.
