A plea has been filed before the Supreme Court by an MBBS aspirant, who lost her seat due to her failure in completing the fee payment process within the deadline.

Challenging the Madras High Court order, which refused to allow medical admission of the concerned candidate, the MBBS aspirant has now approached the Apex Court.

The top court bench has scheduled the matter for further hearing on November 19. The candidate claimed that she could not make the payment due to financial difficulties.
