Monkey pox: WHO reports 780 laboratory confirmed cases from 27 countries

The World Health Organisation (WHO) on Sunday said that 780 laboratory confirmed cases of monkey pox from 27 countries have been reported between May 13 and June 2. These countries are not endemic to the monkey pox virus.
However, there have been no deaths associated with the current monkey pox outbreak.
