NMC warns against PGMER violation, stresses NEET PG counselling must be held online

Clarifying that all rounds of counselling for admission to all postgraduate medical seats will be held online mode only by the State or Central counseling authority, the Postgraduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB) of the National Medical Commission (NMC) has warned to take action for any violations.
Issuing a Press Release, the Apex Medical Commission clarified that any student admitted in contravention of these Regulations will be discharged from the course, and double the number of seats shall be reduced for one or more years.
