Octopus removed from Singapore man's throat after complaints of swallowing difficulties

A case came from Singapore, where an eight-legged octopus stuck inside the oesophagus of a man. The 55 year old man had a meal, which included the mollusk after which he started complaining about vomitting and difficulty in swallowing.

Following this, he went to hospital, where CT scan was conducted and it was discovered that dense creature lodged in the man’s oesophagus, near the border with the stomach.
