Parent conned on pretext of admission to medical college for his daughter, asked to pay Rs 44 lakhs

A construction businessman in Pune was cheated by a man who promised him to get his daughter admitted to a medical college. The complaint has been lodged at Deccan Police Station by the Pune businessman.
The complainant works in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. The complainant met the man way back in May 2016. At that time, they were trying to get admission.
