Rajasthan High Court Grants Relief to PwD NEET Qualifier, Declares Eligibility for AIIMS MBBS Seat

The Rajasthan High Court has directed the state medical education authorities to grant admission to a disabled student in the MBBS course who qualified for NEET UG 2025 under the PwD (Persons with Disabilities) quota.

While hearing an appeal filed by the aspirant after being denied admission under the quota, a division bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma and Justice Shubha Mehta observed that she is currently eligible for admission at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences.
