Through a recent notice, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA), Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India, has fixed the retail price of 29 formulations including those used to treat high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, certain types of inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, muscle pain, bone pain, and joint pain, also dietary supplements and antacids.
