Seats of medical colleges that received LOP late for MBBS courses will be included in round 2 NEET Counselling, informs MCC

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has informed that the seats of the medical colleges that received LOP late for MBBS courses will be included in round 2 of NEET Counselling.

Confirmation of this was made through a notice issued on the official website of MCC. The notice read, “It is to inform that some Government/Private Colleges who received LOP late for undergraduate courses, i.e, after the start of Round-1 of UG Counselling 2023, could not contribute their seats on the MCC portal for Round-1 of counseling. The seats of such colleges will be taken up by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of DGHS in Round-2 of UG Counselling 2023.”

The Medical Dialogues team had reported earlier that MCC released the NEET UG counseling schedule. The schedule has been released for All India Quota (15%)/ Deemed/Central Universities/ All AIIMS Institutes/ JIPMER (Puducherry & Karaikal).
