The Supreme Court of India has dismissed a special leave petition filed by medical students of Goa Medical College who were seeking re-evaluation of their answer books for the Third Professional (Final Year) MBBS Part II supplementary examination.

The plea challenged the Goa High Court order, which refused to direct the reevaluation of their answer books, observing that the Goa University followed norms by not permitting them to make any application for reevaluation.
