Telangana HC Issues Notices to Six Medical Colleges Over NEET PG Admissions

In a recent judgment, the Telangana High Court issued notices to six private medical colleges for allegedly filling postgraduate medical seats under the MQ3 Institutional quota through NEET PG 2025 in an irregular manner.

In the notice, a division bench comprising Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice G.M. Mohiuddin asked the colleges to explain the allegations that the admissions were made in violation of the prescribed rules and also in an arbitrary and non-transparent manner, making the process illegal.
