US nurse admits to killing 19 patients with insulin

A nurse in Pennsylvania, USA, who had previously faced charges in connection with the deaths of two patients resulting from excessive insulin doses, has now admitted to harming 19 individuals across various rehabilitation facilities where she was employed.
The nurse, who goes by the name Heather Pressdee, stands accused of administering excessive insulin to these patients, regardless of their diabetic condition, starting in 2020. This resulted in the unfortunate deaths of 17 of these patients, according to a report by CNN.
