Woman dies after quack performs botched surgery
A 35-year-old woman passed away after a quack allegedly conducted gallstone surgery at an unlicensed private hospital in Shamli, without administering anaesthesia, leading to severe blood loss. Following her death, the woman's family members staged a protest and alleged that the woman died of negligence.
The unlicensed hospital was found locked when officials arrived for inspection, and the hospital owner fled the scene after abandoning the victim’s body in the operation theatre.
