According to a recent study published in European Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Biology, bariatric surgery to have positive impact on pregnancy. A single-center retrospective case-control study aimed to investigate the impact of restrictive bariatric surgery on several pregnancy outcomes in comparison with different grades of obesity. All primiparous singleton pregnant women who underwent bariatric surgery between the previous 1–5 years or with body mass index (BMI) ≥ 30 kg/m2 delivering in their center were included.
