Menopause is the time that marks the end of your menstrual cycles. It's diagnosed once an individual have gone 12 months without a menstrual period. There are three stages of menopause: perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause.

In this video, Dr Hamrah Siddiqui, a senior Obstetrics and Gynaecologist at Sanjeevan Hospital addresses about the natural process of menopause, the symptoms that come along with it and what is need to be done regarding the manangement of the process.
