Breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma, also known as BIA-ALCL is a rare type of lymphoma that is most commonly associated with textured breast implants. Recently Dr Melissa Camp published a review article summarizing present knowledge regarding BIA-ALCL, including discussion of the current algorithm for diagnosis and treatment as published in the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Guidelines. The article was published in the journal-Advances in Surgery.
