The premier health institute, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi, recently landed in a controversy over the quality of meals served to the patients at the institute after the family of a 4-year-old alleged that a cockroach was found in a meal served to the patient. The hospital's administration has initiated a probe into the incident.

The incident came to light after a Twitter user posted details along with photographs.
