DNB-PD in Respiratory Medicine also known as DNB Post Diploma in Respiratory Medicine is a Postgraduate level course for doctors in India that is done by them after completion of their postgraduate medical diploma. The duration of this postgraduate course is 2 years, and it focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases like ARDS or Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, COPD or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, asthma, cystic fibrosis, lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, occupational lung disease, lung transplants, pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary hypertension etc.
