Mohan Kumar given charge as NRHM Mission Director

The Lt Governor requested him to effectively implement the schemes in a timely manner, so as the benefits reach the poor and downtrodden of Union Territory of Puducherry.

Puducherry:  Dr S Mohan Kumar, the second senior most officer in the Health Department, Puducherry has taken charge as the Mission Director of National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) and Nodal Officer for Ayushman Bharat.

According to a release from Raj Nivas, on joining the duty, he made a courtesy call on Lt Governor Dr Kiran Bedi, at Raj Nivas on Wednesday and recalled that he had been specially posted to implement the flagship programmes of Union government's NRHM and Ayushman Bharat scheme.
