Nagaland Medical Council confirms registration of allopathic doctors
Nagaland Medical Council in its endeavour to deliver better on their allopathic practice, has now informed the doctors to collect their registration certificates. As a result of this, the doctors in the city are expected to read up and closely follow the Code of Medical Ethics of MCI.
These doctors can collect the certificate from the Deputy Registrar, Nagaland Medical Council (NMC) at its office. All the doctors-who have already registered in the Nagaland Medical Council, have been intimated so far on the matter.
Following which, they are mostly likely to display their registration numbers in their letter heads or prescription pads.
As reported by a local newspaper, they are also advised to display only the recognized degrees by MCI/ NMC and avoid other degrees which are not recognized.
Allopathic doctors are also informed to study the Code of Medical Ethics of MCI and abide by them for their own protection.
