New Delhi/Mumbai: The matter of NEET Counselling saw a tumultuous day today with the matters regarding the same pending before Both the Bombay High Court as well as the Supreme Court.
It is reported that writ petition no. 3885/2018 Ku. Samiksha Raju Dhole and another Vs.. Union of India and others was heard in Bombay court today, on 31 July 2018 . The court while listing the matter for the 2nd August allowed the govt/MCC to declare the list of candidates successful in securing seat in second round, adding that this would be Subject to outcome of petition and without prejudice to contentions of petitioners in the matter,
Meanwhile, another matter is pending with the Supreme Court regarding OBC quota. The court has listed the matter for August 1, 2018, further listing it on top of the court.
