396 PG Ayurveda, Homeopathy seats available in Gujarat, for AYUSH admissions 2021, Details

Gujarat: Through a recent notice, the Director of Medical Education (DME) ACPPGMEC has released the seat matrix for Homeopathy and Ayurveda PG courses across different colleges for this year AYUSH admissions.

A total of 396 seats are allotted for Homeopathy and Ayurveda PG courses. Homeopathy has 190, and Ayurveda has 206 seats for candidates.

In Ayurveda, the highest number of seats is allotted to Parul Institute Of Ayurved, Limda, Waghodia, Vadodara, which is 142, and in Homeopathy, the highest number of seats is allotted Rajkot Homoeopathic Medical College, Rajkot, which is 106.

DME further has informed about the latest updates, details regarding choice filling, a list of help centers and Axis Bank branches for fee payment, and a list of documents to be submitted for Homeopathy and Ayurveda PG courses.

As per the recent notice, the candidates can fill the choice filling for the 1st round between 1st February 2022 (10:00 am) till 3rd February 2022 (6:00 pm). The choices filled by the candidates will be done on 3rd February 2022 ( up to 12:00 am). Display of seat allotment will be done on 4th February 2022 at 12:00 pm.

The candidate can pay the fees at the designated branch of Axis Bank between 5th February 2022 (12:00 pm) till 11th February 2022 (3.30 pm). Reporting at the help center can be done between 7th February 2022 (10:00 am) till 12th February 2022 (1:00 pm). DME has notified that help centers are working between 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on working days.

DME has further informed that online allotment of seats is done on the basis of merit cum choice. So it is merit cum choice-based allotment. The candidates can fill the choice based on a specific branch, specific institute/place, Government or SFI, and choice on the basis of fees.

In the choice filling of the 2nd round, choices available for candidates/allotment of seats will be carried out as per the Closure of the 1st round. If a candidate is unable to secure the allotted seat for whatsoever reasons, such candidate shall not be eligible to get admission in the same subject in the same institute in the successive rounds of counseling.

To lock the choices the candidates need to follow the following process –

1. log in to the website.

2. Click Post Graduation Admission.

3. Click Homeopathy, Ayurvedic.

4. Login for Post-Graduate Ayurveda and Homeopathy Admission.

5. Candidate Registration/Login.

6. Click here for New Registration if want to register or click Registered User Login Here if already registered.

7. Click Choice Form. The options available are Available Choice, Consent and Fill the Form, and Print The Filled Choice. In the available choice, the candidate can see all available choices. The candidates need to check annual fees and term fees. Candidates have to pay term fees at the time of admission.

8. Candidates can filter choices s by branch, subject, institute type, seat type, and institute. An unlimited number of choices can be added. Choices can be moved and deleted according to preferences. By serial numbers, choices can be rearranged. Candidates can add choices from the left side panel to the right side. Blue: Govt. Institute, Brown: SFI institute. GQ: Government Quota.

9. Click on Save Choice and Save and Exit. After the save and exit choices page, choices can be reviewed. Candidates can click on modify choices to modify choices. After typing 14 digit PIN no. choices can be locked. Printout of locked choices is important because whenever any query arises, the committee will consider print-out. Candidates can Un-Lock choices after entering 14 digit PIN No. to modify the choices. If the candidates failed to lock choices it will be automatically locked on the last day.

According to DME payment of tuition fees can be done online or by cash or by Demand Draft in favor of ACPUGMEC payable at Gandhinagar at branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC, during banking hours. The candidate has to take an appointment at the nearest help center. After taking an appointment, the Candidate can download the allotment letter and fees challan from his account after login with the help of a User ID & Password.

If candidates cannot bring original documents then admission will not be granted.

Documents required to be submitted by the candidate –

1. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC.

2. Tuition Fee Receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) fees for SFI Colleges / Rs. 20000 (annual fees) for Govt. Colleges at Axis Bank.

3. All-year BAMS/BHMS mark sheets.

4. 12 months internship completion certificate.

5. Copy of AIA-PGET- 2021 Marksheet.

6. Document showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate).

7. Provisional / Permanent Registration of Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic & Unani System of Medicine OR Central Council of Indian medicine / Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Gujarat State OR Central Council of Homoeopathy (Renewal Registration certificate if previous Registration is expired).

8. For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only.

9. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha '4' in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only as per Govt. norms issued after Dt: 1st April 2019.

10. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt: 1st April 2019.

11. Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign.

12. Tuition fees consent: Take a print of soft copy available on the admission committee website and submit either in Gujarati or English 13. Photo Copy of Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
