Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Delhi) is not going to conduct further rounds of online seat allocation for the INICET January 2023 session.

As per the notice, individuals participating in AIIMS and other institutes of National Importance may conduct stray vacancy round for vacant seats (if any). All the qualified candidates declared vide result notification No. 190/2022 dated 19.11.2022 must visit the website of respective INIs for information about the Stray vacancy Round of seat allocation for the INICET January 2023 Session (If any).

An open round of seat allocation for the INICET January 2023 session was conducted, and the result was declared vides Result Notification No. 13/2023 dated 04.02.2023.

The Examination Section, AIIMS New Delhi in consultation with nodal officers from all INIs, administers INI-CET. AIIMS, New Delhi, is the sole authority for conducting all aspects related to the Combined Entrance Test, such as application, exam conduct, declaration of results, and Seat Allocation, as its responsibility is limited to these aspects of INI-CET only. The courses included are MD, MS, DM (6 years), MCh (6 years), and MDS.


Admission/Seat allocation into any participating INI is governed by the rules and regulations of respective institutes as applicable. It will be administered by the Head of Institutions of respective INIs (the details are mentioned in Part B of the Prospectus of INI-CET, January 2023). All disputes regarding any matter referred to herein shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
