AIMSA requests RGUHS VC to Immediately declare MBBS final-year results based on new evaluation scheme
Bengaluru: Referring to the fact that barely a month is left for the exams, the All India Medical Students' Association (AIMSA) has recently requested the Vice-Chancellor of the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) to declare the result of the final-year MBBS students on the basis of the new evaluation scheme.
The association has recently pointed out the trouble that the final-year medicos are facing and urged the VC of the University to look into the matter. This comes after the MBBS students had filed a plea before the High Court seeking a new evalution scheme.
Filing the case, the students had demanding revaluation and for considering the average of the best two. Even though the judge had given approval for the same, the University filed a review petition.
Referring to this, AIMSA mentioned in a recent Tweet, "But then later university went on a review petition considering the issue & again the court had dismissed the case saying it was clear and average of best two must be considered."
