CPS Mumbai issues notice on practicals for students who have enrolled from 2019 onwards

Mumbai: Through a recent notice, the CPS Mumbai has informed students who have enrolled for CPS courses from 2019 onwards about the practical examination presentation.

For the students who have enrolled for CPS courses from 2019 onwards, this is to inform:

They have to compulsorily present the completed log book in EPD (Electronic Paperless Device) during their respective practical examination for evaluation.

Earlier, the institute informed about the extension for submission of form and payment of fees for CPS examinations which are scheduled to be held in March-April 2021

All the concerned CPS enrolled students are hereby informed about the online examination form for CPS examination Mar-Apr 2021

Students who have submitted/going to submit the examination form, are requested to check for "Pay fee" option in their respective CPS login on Monday 1st March 2021.

FCPS students may submit the examination form and make payment of fees till Tuesday 2nd March 2021 (2:00 pm)
Note:
Due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in our country, Students are requested not to visit CPS office, Mumbai for submission/verification of documents or for any other reason.
Steps for submission of online examination form :
1. Login to your cps account on www.cpsmumbai.org (Login to online.cpsmumbai.org)
2. Take print of your permission letter (for your reference)
3. Go to Examination menu
4. Click on Examination Form
5. Click on Add new and upload scan copy of your documents as listed below.
6. List of documents of which scan copy to be uploaded in online Examination form.
For Freshers: i) Last post completion (PDF format)
For Repeaters: i) Last failed marksheet
ii) Enrollment Receipt
Make a single PDF file of 'last post completion', 'Last failed marksheet' and 'Enrollment fees receipt' and upload the same in Post completion tab.
7. Click on Apply for Exam
8. Take print out of your Exam form and read all instructions given in exam form.
9. CPS staff shall verify documents and give payment option for Exam Fee.

10. Once the student get "Pay Fee" option in Examination Form; student may pay examination fees online. (Online payment of fees is preferable)
Guidelines for online payment of fees :
a) CPS website links to secure payment gateway website for collection of your fees payment. Upon completion of the payment transaction you will be redirected to CPS website with fee receipt. Please save and print this receipt for reference.
b) In case your transaction is successful and amt. is deducted from your bank account but you are not redirected to CPS website with fee receipt, please wait for 1 hour. In case please do NOT reinitiate payment or refresh the page to avoid duplicate payment.
c) If any queries regarding online payment of examination fees please e-mail on cpsonline@cpsmumbai.org (It is mandatory to mention your correct enrollment no. in the e-mail)
11. Students who are unable to pay examination fees online, may send DD of examination fees to CPS office Mumbai before last date of examination form. DD should be in favour of "College of Physicians and Surgeons of Mumbai" and payable at Mumbai.
Please download Examination Time Table which shall be uploaded on CPS website in due course of time.
Venue of Theory and Practical examination shall be displayed on website in due course of time.
