Assam MDS Admissions 2025 on August 16th, check details
Assam: Through a recent notice, DME Assam has notified regarding the counselling process for admission into Post Graduate MDS courses at Regional Dental College, Guwahati, for the academic session 2025.
As per the notification, counselling will be conducted for two Assam Quota seats - Periodontics (1 seat) and Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics (1 seat) — on 16th August 2025 (Saturday) at the Office of the Director of Medical Education, Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati-22. The session will commence at 11:00 AM.
Candidates whose names figure in the State of Assam merit list of NEET-MDS 2025 (conducted by the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi) and have secured a merit position up to rank 50, as well as meet all other eligibility criteria for Assam State Quota MDS seats, have been requested to appear in person for the counselling along with the necessary original documents.
The DME notice read, "It is for general information to the candidates that the counseling for 2 (two) seats i.e. Periodontics- 1(one) and Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics - 1 (one) for admission into the MDS courses in the Regional Dental College, Guwahati (Assam Quota) for the Session 2025 will be held on 16th August, 2025 (Saturday) at Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam, Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 at 11:00 am."
