BDS Admissions 2021: DME Assam issues notice on offline counselling, Check out schedule
Assam: The Director of Medical Education (DME) has issued notice on offline counseling and provisional spot admission for filling up vacant seats of BDS course in the government dental colleges of Assam under the TG X-TGL category.
As per the notice, an offline counseling and provisional spot admission for filling up the vacant seats will be held on 11th May 2022 at the office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam, Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 at 11 am.
In the previous notification, it was already announced that there would be separate counselling for the vacant seats under the TGL/Ex-TGL category of BDS courses. This counselling will not be held in online mode.
All TGL/Ex-TGL category candidates (Brahmaputra Valley) who have qualified in the NEET-UG 2021 conducted by National Testing Agency can participate in this counselling round. However, they will have to fulfill all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the medical colleges and dental colleges of Assam (regulation of admission into 1st year MBBS/BDS courses) Rules, 2017 amended up to 2021, as well as meet the cut-off scores in NEET UG-2021.
