Maharashtra: The schedule Mop-Up round 7 for BDS course in government/corporation and institutional level round 3 for unaided private/ minority dental colleges released by Maha CET Cell. The provisional seat matrix and the selection list for Mop-Up round 7 have also been published on the website.

Schedule for Mop-Up round 7 –

1. Joining & filling status retention form – till 15th May 2022, 5:00 pm

2. Schedule for an institutional level round 3 –

3. The eligible desirous candidate must apply in person/any person to respective college in prescribed format separately for state quota and institutional quota – 13th May 2022 up to 5.00 pm

4. Publication of general merit list, 1st selection list and waiting list at the notice board and the website of respective colleges – 13th May 2022, after 6.00 pm

5. Joining period of selected candidates as per 1st selection list and waiting list dated 13th May 2022 with all original documents and requisite fees – 14th May 2022, up to 5.00 pm

6. Publication of list of joined candidates and residual vacancy after 1st selection list at the notice board and the website of respective colleges - 14th May 2022 up to 5.30 pm

7. Reporting of waitlisted candidates to college for the residual vacancy with all original documents and requisite fees – 15th May 2022, up to 3.00 pm

8. Filling of candidate's residual vacancy from reported waitlisted - 15th May 2022, 3.30 onwards

9. Last date of admission – 15th May 2022

Institutional round 3 is only for private unaided/minority dental colleges, and seats remaining vacant after Mop-Up rounds 6 and 7 for government/corporation dental colleges. Admitting Institute will verify the original documents and ascertain the eligibility of the candidates as per respective Central Council rules before admitting the candidate even if name appears in eligible list. The list of ELIGIBLE candidates for State Quota (85 %) and for Institutional Quota (15 %) is published on the website on 5th May 2022 for BDS course.

All eligible candidates registered with State CET Cell who has paid Rs.1000 or Rs.6000 can apply for admission on vacant state quota seats. All eligible candidates registered with State CET Cell who have paid Rs.5000 or Rs.6000 can apply for admission on vacant institutional quota seats. The name of the candidates should be there on the eligible candidate list.

For the institutional round, eligible and interested candidates should approach the Dean/Principal of the respective colleges within the prescribed time, submit an application form, and submit a separate application for state quota and institutional quota in person or any person. Such applications should not be submitted to the State CET Cell in person or by email.

At the time of admission during the institutional round, the candidate should submit all their original documents along with requisite fees in the form of DD/Cheque during the prescribed time limit.

All the candidates already admitted for BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ BPTH/ BOTH/ BASLP/B P&O/ B.Sc. Nursing courses are also eligible for the institutional level round for the BDS courses. If such candidates are selected, they should have all the original documents at the time of joining.

The admission process should be completed before the cut-off date prescribed for each course that is declared by the respective central council and competent authority from time to time. All the admissions are subject to the approval of the admissions regulating authority after the cut-off date.

Maha CET Cell has asked the college to upload the information about the admitted candidate in the College Feedback Module of State CET Cell.

Instruction to private dental colleges -

Due to betterment/shifting of eligible candidates during Mop-Up round 6 for government/corporation dental colleges, the following vacancies are created at unaided private / minority dental colleges

1. MGM's Dental College, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai - 1 - Open (W), 1 - OBC (W)

2. D Y Patil Dental School, Lohgaon, Pune - 1 - Open

3. Terna Dental College, Navi Mumbai - 1 - NT B

4. SMBT Trust Dental College, Sangamner - 1 – Open

Due to betterment/shifting of eligible candidates during Mop-Up round 7 for government/corporation dental colleges, the following vacancies are likely to be created at unaided private/minority dental colleges

1. MGM's Dental College, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai - 1 - Open (W)

2. YMT Dental College, Khargha, Navi Mumbai - 1 - SC (W)

3. MA Rangoonwala Dental College, Pune (Muslim Minority) - 1 - Open (W)

4. Sinhagad Dental College, Pune - 1 - Open (W)

5. Yogita Dental College, Khed, Ratangiri - 1 - Open (W)
