DME Gujarat Notifies On Payment, Reporting Schedule For NEET MDS 2024 Stray Vacancy round
Gujarat- The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Gujarat has released the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) 2024 stray vacancy round allotment and reporting schedule.
As per the schedule, the seat allotment for the NEET MDS stray vacancy round has already been displayed on 10th September 2024. Therefore, the eligible candidates willing to participate in the said round can start their online payment of Tuition Fees from today i.e. 11th September 2024 to tomorrow i.e. 12th September 2024 upto 03:30 pm. After this, the candidates have to report at the Institute and Help Center on 13th September 2024 from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
The schedule for the stray vacancy round of allotment and reporting for all eligible candidates for admission to Government and Management seats of the MDS course in Self-Financed Dental Colleges for the academic year 2024-25 is as follows-

THE CANDIDATE, WHO HAVE BEEN ALLOTTED SEAT
1 The list of candidates, who are required to report during the Online Stray Vacancy Round, will be uploaded on the website at the time of declaration of the result of the Online Stray Vacancy Round of ACPPGMEC.
2 Candidate has to take prior appointment for the Document Submission at the Help Center. Candidate, himself/herself can select the Date and time for Document Submission at the time of printing the Allotment Letter.
3 Payment of tuition fees can be done by Online payment OR by Cash OR by Demand Draft in favor of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC.

1 Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC.
2 Tuition Fees Receipt-
i For SFI Dental Colleges- Tuition fees receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) tuition fees.
ii For Govt. Dental Colleges- Rs. 20,000/-(fees only) for Degree courses through online/ offline mode at Designated branches of Axis Bank.
3 All year MBBS/BDS marksheets.
4 12 months internship completion certificate (Must be completed on or before Dt. 30/06/2024).
5 Copy of NEET-PG-MDS-2024 Marksheet.
6 Document showing Place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate-- compulsory for all candidates & Birth Certificate/ Passport--If birthplace not mentioned in School leaving certificate/Transfer Certificate).
7 Provisional Registration of State Medical/Dental Council OR Medical/Dental Council of India (In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed their internship)/ Permanent Registration of State Medical/Dental Council OR Medical/Dental Council of India (In case of old pass out candidates).
8 For SEBC, SC and ST Category- Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat. 9 State only For SEBC Category- Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only as per Govt. norms issued after Dt: 01/04/2022.
10 For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category- EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt: 01/04/2022.
11 Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign.
12 12th Marksheet (For candidates who have done BDS outside Gujarat).
13 Domicile certificate of Gujarat state: For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat & only if their birthplace is outside Gujarat).
14 Photo Copy of Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority (For PwD Candidates).
It is to be noted that the candidates must bring all the documents in the original form during the reporting at the Institute and Help Center. However, failing to bring any original document, the candidate will have no right of admission.
Additionally, DME Gujarat has also released the vacant seat positions after Round 04 for the academic year 2024-25. As per the vacant seat positions, a total of 42 seats are vacant across 8 MDS speciality courses. Below are the details of the vacant seat positions-
