KNRUHS Informs on Web Options For BDS Round 1 Counselling, 691 Seats available, details
Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health (KNRUHS) informed about exercising web options for first phase counselling of BDS admissions under competent authority quota in affiliated government, private un-aided dental colleges including army dental college. The seat matrix has also been released.
All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the provisional final merit list, including PWD and CAP categories candidates on the KNRUHS website, can exercise web options for admission into BDS seats from 6.00 am on 09.11.2022 to 6.00 pm on 10.11.2022 through website https://tsbdsadm.tsche.in/.
NCC Directorate has not started NCC certificate verification, and the priority list has not been submitted. If NCC Directorate submits the priority list before the second phase of counselling, the NCC quota seats shall be filled up in the Second phase of counselling.
University fee -
Allotted candidates must pay the University fee of Rs. 12000 for the BDS Course through a payment Gateway by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter.
Tuition fee -
Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Dental colleges. The tuition fee is payable as notified by the Government of Telangana in GO Ms No:5, HM& FW (C1)Department, Dated:27. 01.2022 (notified on KNRUHS website)

Instructions issued -
1. Candidates are directed to note the tuition fee at Army Dental college in exercising the web options of their priority of dental colleges.
2. The allotment of seats will be made in accordance with the selection procedure notified in Government orders G.O.Ms.No. 114 HM&FW(C1) Dept. Dated:05-07- 2017, subsequent amendments, GO Ms No. 125, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (C1) Department Dated: 22.09.2022, relevant Hon'ble High Court/Supreme court orders and University regulations.
3. Candidates, if they exercise web- options for a seat and are allotted a BDS seat as per their choice in the web- counselling, and if they do not join the course at the allotted college, they will not be eligible for exercising web- options for subsequent rounds of counselling.
4. If the candidates are allotted a seat in the BDS course as per their options and do not join the course, they shall not be permitted to exercise web options in 3 subsequent phases of counselling and admission to prevent seat blocking.
5. There is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web options. Candidates can exercise web options for any number of colleges they candidate is interested in joining as per candidates' eligibility.
6. Candidates are advised to exercise web options for BDS seats in courses and colleges they are interested in joining, and there is no limit to the number of options. They can exercise options for all colleges.
7. Candidates in the provisional final merit list are informed that if they do not exercise web options in the first phase of counselling, they are not eligible to exercise web options in subsequent phases of counselling to prevent seat blocking.
8. One-time password will be sent to the registered mobile number when exercising web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z. (For details, read construction to the candidates before giving options).
9. Candidates should take a printout of saved options.
10. Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of a seat if allotted. Candidates are also informed to log in to check their allotment status on the https://tsbdsadm.tsche.in/ website after each phase of counselling.
11. The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment and report to the Principal of the respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.
12. Selected candidates must report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the admission process. Suppose the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining. In that case, the admission will be cancelled automatically, and the candidate's options shall not be considered for subsequent phases of counselling and admission to prevent seat blocking.
13. Final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per 4 University regulations.
14. Original certificates submitted at the time of admissions shall not be returned to the candidate unless the candidate discontinues the course before the second phase of counselling. If the candidate slides to another college during the second phase of counselling, the original certificates will be transferred to the allotted college.
15. Admitted candidates are not permitted to withdraw from the course after the second phase of counselling. Candidates are also informed that admitted candidates who have joined upto round 2 of All India quota and State Quota shall not be eligible for further rounds of All India Quota and State counselling ( Competent Authority Quota and Management Quota).
16. Admitted candidates will have to pay a discontinuation penalty of Rs.20 lakhs as per Government Orders if they discontinue the course after the second phase of counselling to get their original certificates back.
