KNRUHS Invites Online Applications For MDS Admissions 2022, Check out details

Telangana: The candidates willing to apply for MDS Courses under Competent Authority Quota for the year 2022-23 can apply till 31st August 2022 up to 5:00 pm. Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNURUHS) announced this through a written notice published on the website.

The candidates can apply and upload the certificates through the website https://tspgmed.tsche.in. They are advised to take a printout of the Prospectus / Instructions to fill out the application form. The date of merit list, date of choice filling, and date of commencement of classes will be notified later. The closure of admission will be as per DCI regulations.

Registration and processing Fee –

1. The Registration and processing fee of Rs.5500 (Bank transaction charges extra) is for OC & BC candidates and Rs.5000 (Bank transaction charges extra) for SC/ST candidates. The fee shall be paid online through a Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking.

2. Registration and processing fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a further date.

Candidates who completed BDS from other States must pay an equivalency fee for verification of certificate along with the registration and processing fee as follows –

1. The fee for BDS Degree from other State or other Country is Rs. 5,000 & Rs. 7,000 respectively.

Points to be kept in mind while filling out the application form –

1. Do not use mobiles and tablets to Apply. Use only computers.

2. Do not select or enter false information which can be liable for Criminal Action.

3. Avoid using a slow internet facility.

4. The candidates should keep their mobile with them while applying.

5. The candidates should not block SMS.

Certificate to be submitted along with the application form –

1. Copy of Provisional or Original BDS Degree Certificate. (Mandatory)

2. Copy of BDS study certificate. (Mandatory)

3. Copy of the Compulsory Rotatory Internship certificate.(Mandatory)

4. Copies of Permanent Dental Registration from the respective State Dental Council. (Mandatory)

5. If the candidate passed BDS from Govt. Dental College, Vijayawada, Govt. Dental College, Hyderabad and Army Dental College, Secunderabad, he/she has to submit study certificates from 6th to Intermediate / 10+2. ( Mandatory if applicable)

6. 10 years Residence proof/ Study certificates for TS/AP candidates claiming unreserved quota seats (who studied BDS outside TS/AP or other countries)

7. Social Status Certificate (Permanent Caste Certificate) as shown in Annexure - I in the application form (issued through mee-seva) if applicable

8. Service Certificate in case of In-service candidates as in Annexure-III B.

9. NEET -MDS - 2022 – SCORECARD. (Mandatory)

10. Photo identity proof (Aadhar) (Mandatory)

11. Candidate's Latest passport size Photo (Mandatory)

12. Specimen Signature of the Candidate (Mandatory)

Registration along with uploading of scanned original certificates will be done only once irrespective of the number of times of exercising web options / number of counselling. No separate notification will be issued for the verification of original certificates. Therefore the candidates should register and upload all the mandatory certificates without fail.

Eligibility –

1. The candidates who have qualified in the NEET-MDS-2022 examination with the following cutoff scores and above as per Notice dated 27.05.2022, issued by the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi are eligible to apply.

2. The Candidate should be a Citizen of India. Candidates who satisfy the Local or Non-local status as per G.O.P.No.646 Education (W) Department, Dated 10- 7-1979 (Presidential Order) only are eligible to apply for MDS admissions.

3. Candidates who have studied BDS in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and obtained degrees can apply.

4. BDS Degree should be recognized by the Dental Council of India.

5. BDS Graduates should have completed internships on or before 31-07-2022.

6. In the case of in-service candidates, service rendered shall be calculated as on 31-07-2022 for In-service reservation.

7. Candidate must have registered with State Dental Council and subject to the fulfilment of the conditions stipulated in the Regulations and its documentary proofs should be uploaded along with the online application.

8. Candidates who are domicile of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh and obtained BDS degree from other states in India are eligible for unreserved quota.

Number of Seats –

1. The number of MDS seats available for the academic year 2022-23 under the Competent Authority Quota will be in accordance with the orders of DCI/GOI/ Govt. of Telangana / KNRUHS. The Seat matrix for the year 2022-23 will be displayed in the University website before exercising web options for counselling.

2. In case any new seats in MDS Courses are permitted by DCI/Government of India in colleges affiliated to KNRUHS for the academic year 2022-23, those seats also will be filled up.

Reservation –

Admission to 85% of the seats shall be reserved in favour of the local candidates in relation to the local area as provided in A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, GO (P) No. 646, Edu. (W1) Department, dt.10-7-1979.

Merit details -

1. On-line application form without uploading of mandatory Certificates, Passport size photo, without a signature at declaration area, incomplete applications will be automatically rejected and will not be considered for determining the Merit position using NEET– MDS– 2022 Rank.

2. The mere fact that the Merit position is issued to the candidate does not imply that the candidature is accepted by the University and it does not mean that the entries made by the candidate in the online application are accepted as true and correct.

Admission details –

1. The candidate should submit the print-out of the filled-in online application form and original certificates along with 1 set of self-attested copies to the Principal of the allotted college at the time of joining for final verification. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment order will be cancelled.

2. Candidates may please note that the University will take up the verification of certificates with regard to eligibility conditions i.e., Educational qualifications, the validity of Registration with DCI/State Dental Council, Internship certificate, Local /Non-Local area status, Category status as per uploaded relevant certificates by the concerned department officials. If the information furnished by the candidate in the application is incorrect, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled and further action that deems fit will be taken.

3. Candidates' eligibility for admission into MDS courses for the academic year 2022- 2023 will be examined by the University only after scrutiny of the application along with all copies of required certificates and the final merit list will be notified.

4. Admissions will be in accordance with the orders issued from time to time by the State Government with regard to the process of admissions to MDS Courses and relevant Hon'ble Supreme court and Hon'ble High Court orders.
