KNRUHS Notifies About Exercising Web-Options For Second Phase Counseling For BDS Admissions

Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) notified about the conduct of second phase of web-based counseling for allotment of vacant seats after first phase of counseling for BDS courses under Management Quota for 2022-23 in Private Dental Colleges in the state of Telangana including Army Dental College in the state of Telangana.

Candidates whose names are notified in the provisional final merit list of BDS Admissions on the KNRUHS website are eligible to exercise web - options online from computer with internet connection subject to the following conditions.

BDS ADMISSIONS 2022-23 UNDER MANAGEMENT QUOTA -LIST OF NON JOINED/DISCONTINUED CANDIDATES AFTER FIRST PHASE OF COUNSELLING

1. The Candidates who were allotted seats in the first phase of counseling under Management Quota and have not reported/discontinued the course at the respective college are not eligible for exercising options.

2. Candidates who have not exercised web options in the first phase of counseling of Management Quota are also not eligible to exercise web options.

3. Candidates who are admitted after the second phase of the counselings in All India Quota Counselling are not eligible to exercise web options.

4. The candidates who were allotted BDS seats in the first phase of counseling of Management Quota and joined the course are also eligible to exercise web options for upgradation and are informed to exercise web options.

5. Candidates are not permitted to withdraw/discontinue from the course after allotment in second phase of counseling. Hence first phase admitted candidates are advised to take a calculated decision of continuing in Second phase of counseling as they will not be permitted to resign from 2nd phase allotted seat. They will also not be allowed to participate in any further counselings of AIQ/State counselings after joining in Second phase as per Hon'ble Supreme Court orders.

6. Candidates who have joined in any seat of second phase of counseling in All India Quota/Any State/Deemed Universities counseling are not eligible for this phase of counseling. If any candidate violates this and the same is noticed by the University at any stage/at a later date, the admission stands cancelled automatically and the candidate is liable for punishment as per law.

All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the Provisional final merit list for Management Quota on KNR UHS website can exercise web options for admission into BDS seats from 8.00 AM on 04.12.2022 to 5.00 PM on 04.12.2022 through https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/ as per the candidates registration and eligibility for B & C (NRI) categories.

BDS ADMISSIONS 2022-23 UNDER MANAGEMENT QUOTA -AVAILABLE SEATS FOR SECOND PHASE OF COUNSELING

For eligibility criteria and regulations refer to notifications dated: 19.10.2022.

UNIVERSITY FEE: Allotted Candidates have to pay the following University fee through payment gate-way by using online payment method (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and down-load the allotment letter. Candidates who have already paid university fee in the 1st phase need not pay again

TUITION FEE: Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Dental colleges. The tuition fee payable as notified by Government of Telangana in GO Ms No:5, HM&FW (C1)Department, Dated:27. 01.2022 (notified on KNRUHS web site)

NOTE:

1) The details of seats available (seat matrix) are placed in the website http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in . Candidates can exercise web options for BDS seats in all Dental Colleges under KNRUHS through https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/.

2) In accordance with the GO.Ms.No.130 HM&FW (C1) Department, Dated:27.09.2022 in Management Quota B Category 85% of seats are reserved for local candidates of Telangana State and 15% seats are open to candidates from all over the country. 15% unreserved seats shall be allotted first followed by seats reserved for local candidates in Management Quota B category seats.

3) The allotment of seats will be made in accordance with the selection procedure notified in Government Orders G.O.Ms.No. 115 & 116 HM&FW (C1) Dept. Dated: 05-07-2017, G.O.Ms.No.117 & 118 HM&FW(C1)Dept. Dated: 20-07-2017, subsequent amendments, G.O.Ms.No.125, 126, 127, HM&FW (C1) , Department, Dated:22-09-2022, GO.Ms.No.130 HM&FW (C1) Department, Dated:27.09.2022, other Government orders, University regulations and relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court and High Court orders.

4) Candidates are advised to go through the Prospectus and the Government Orders on Rules of UG admissions available on website before exercising web options for the regulations.

5) Candidates are informed that they will be considered only to the category / categories to which they have registered.(B/NRI) Important Instructions to candidates :

1) Eligible NEET-UG-2022 qualified candidates as per Provisional Final Merit List for Management Quota can exercise web options for Management Quota BDS seats in all Dental colleges as per their interest and priority from computer with internet connection through https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/

2) Candidates are advised to go through the prospectus and regulations for BDS course available on website before exercising web options.

3) Candidates exercising web-options for BDS course are informed that there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web-options. Candidates can exercise web options for any number of colleges the candidate is interestedto join as per candidate's eligibility.

4) Candidates are advised to exercise web options for BDS seats in all colleges in which they are interested to join irrespective of available seats shown in seat matrix, as vacancies will arise during counseling process due to sliding of candidates from allotted seats in first phase of counseling to other seats as per their web options in the second phase of counseling. If candidates are not interested to join in any college they should not opt for the same.

5) If a seat is allotted in this phase of counseling as per web options exercised by the candidate in this phase of counseling, the seat allotted in 1st phase of counseling will be automatically cancelled and allotted to the other candidate. Therefore candidates are informed to exercise web options carefully for sliding with awareness of this fact.

6) Candidates have to exercise options for B category and if eligible for C (NRI) in order of priority for course and college. Allotments will be made according to the order of preference in the web options exercised by the candidate.

7) Management Quota seats in Army Dental College are reserved for the wards of Army personnel as per AWES Regulations.

8) Candidates can exercise options on the web either from home / any other place having internet facility. Candidates are instructed to take a print out of saved options

9) One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile at the time of saving web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z (for details read instructions to the candidates before giving options.

10) Candidates will receive SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of seat, if allotted. Candidates are also directed to login to check their allotment status on through https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/ website after each phase of counseling without fail.

11) The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using online payment method (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment details and report to the Principal of respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.

12) Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates, relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically and candidates is not eligible for further counselings.

13) If the candidate slides to other college during second phase of counseling in colleges affiliated to KNRUHS, the original certificates will be sent to the college concerned after the closure of admissions. Candidates have to get relieved from first phase joined college, obtain custodian certificate, collect fees and report to the allotted college before last date of joining.

14) Candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.

15) Candidates allotted seat under NRI Quota should produce the relevant sponsorship letter from NRI relative in Original along with copy of passport/ Residence Proof/Bank Statement or pass book of sponsor for NRI Category atrespective colleges.

16) Candidates are informed that as per Hon'ble Supreme Court orders and MCC/DGHS, Ministry of Health Government of India notice no. U-12021/01/ 2022-MEC, dated. 12.07.2022 and in accordance with GO.Ms.No. 109 HM & FW Department, dated. 22.08.2022, admitted candidates are not permitted to withdraw from the course after second phase of counseling. Candidates are also informed that admitted candidates who have joined upto round 2 of All India quota and State Quota shall not be eligible for further rounds of All India Quota and State counselings (Competent Authority Quota and Management Quota).

17) Admitted candidates will have to pay discontinuation penalty amount of Rs.20 lakhs as per Government Orders, if they discontinue the course after the second phase of counseling to get their original certificates back. Candidates also will be debarred for 3 years for BDS admission under KNRUHS to prevent seat blocking.

18) The University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
