MCC releases round 2 NEET MDS counselling 2026 schedule, registrations open till September 19
New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the Round 2 online counselling schedule for NEET MDS admissions 2026.
As per the schedule, the Round 2 counselling process will be conducted through multiple stages, including registration and payment, choice filling and locking, seat allotment, declaration of results, reporting and joining, followed by verification and sharing of candidate data.

The registration process has begun today i.e. September 15, 2026, and will continue until September 19, 2026. Candidates can register up to 3:00 PM on September 19, according to server time. The payment facility will remain open until 6:00 PM on the same day.
Meanwhile, choice filling will be available from September 16 to September 21, 2026. Candidates can submit their choices until 10:00 AM on September 21. The schedule mentioned that choice locking will begin at 6:00 PM on September 20 and remain open until 10:00 AM on September 21, 2026.
Following the choice-filling process, seat allotment will be processed from September 21 to September 22, 2026, with the Round 2 seat allotment result scheduled for September 23, 2026.
Candidates who are allotted seats will have to complete the reporting and joining process between September 24 and September 30, 2026. The schedule further provides for verification of joined candidates' data by the participating institutes on October 1, 2026.
