Madhya Pradesh- The Madhya Pradesh Director of Medical Education (MPDME) has informed regarding the upgradation option and bond submission for the admissions through State Level Joint Counselling National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) 2025.

Through the notice, MPDME has informed the candidates that the candidates admitted in the first phase who wish to avail the option of upgradation in the second phase or the candidates admitted through first and second phase counselling who wish to avail the option of upgrade for the mop-up phase, will have to execute an affidavit on a stamp paper of Rs. 500/- in the name of the Principal of the concerned college to this effect that in the event of not getting upgraded, the candidate will execute separate Rural Service and Seat Living Bond in the admitted college on a notarized affidavit (0.5% of the amount of the bond).

Meanwhile, all the candidates participating in the admission in the MDS course are informed that an online admission slip will be issued only after selecting one of the options, Yes or No, for upgradation for the second phase at the time of admission at the college level.
