DME Tripura issues notice on Security Deposit Refund Process For NEET UG, PG candidates, Details
Tripura: Director of Medical Education (DME) has issued a notice regarding the security deposit refund for NEET UG & PG 2021 counselling candidates.
For candidates who have participated in NEET UG & PG counselling, the security deposit is being refunded if found eligible. The amount is credited to the registered bank account. Bank account details are missing for some candidates in the account section, so the refund process cannot be initiated.
All eligible candidates who have not yet received the refund of their security deposit need to send their particulars immediately by filling up the following format. They need to either mail to directormetripura@gmail.com or send to the postal address of Director Medical Education, Bidurkarta Chowmohani, Agartala -799001.
Format -
1. Name of the Candidate
2. NEET UG/PG 2021 Roll No
3. NEET UG/PG All India Rank
4. Registered Mobile No
5. Security Deposit Amount .-
6. Relation in the Account holder from which Account the security deposit was paid
To which Bank Account the Security Deposit is to be refunded -
1. Name of the Account Holder
2. Name of the Bank
3. Name of the Branch
4. Address of the Bank'
5. Account No.
6. IFSC Code
7. Transaction ID with Date
Documents to be sent along with the particulars –
1. The first page of the bank passbook heaving particulars of the Account and Bank to which the candidate wish to get the said refund, the page printed with particulars of the Bank & Account holder and duly signed by the candidate.
2. Acknowledgement of Receipt of "Security deposit."
3. NEET UG/PG 2021 Score Card of the Candidate.
4. The page of the passbook, where it is printed about the said deposit, which was sent online for security deposit previously.
5. Transaction ID with date /Bank Deposit receipt.
