DMER Maharashtra Releases Revised Schedule, vacancy position For Online Application, Allotment of Bond Service to PG Degree holders, Details
Maharashtra: Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER Maharashtra) has released the revised online application and online allotment of the Government Bond Service schedule for PG degree holders (Summer-2023 Batch).
The revised vacancy for online allotment of Government Social responsibility services has also been released.

In view of the increase in Senior Resident posts in various subjects at government institutions/colleges, the online application and online allotment of Government Bond Service to PG degree holders has been revised.
A list of eligible candidates for allotment of bond services is available on DMER's website, www.med-edu.in, with the information. Candidates will be allotted seats as per subject merit for posts of Senior Residents and Specialty Medical Officers on the basis of marks obtained in the Post Graduate degree examination, as per Government Resolution No.PWPM1011/C.R.352/11/Edu-2, dated 4 April 2012, all posts will be allotted on a merit basis as Open Category.
Eligibility -
1. MD/MS/Diploma Passed during Summer-2023 of MUHS from Govt./Govt. added institute
2. All candidates who are eligible for getting bond service as per the list published on the website must fill out the online application form.
3. If any candidate does not fill online application form, thereby refusing to get the allotment of bond service, the said candidate will be deemed to be not interested in complying with bond service. Hence for such a candidate, the process of recovery of the bond penalty amount will be initiated.
4. The eligible candidate can fill a minimum of one preference or a Maximum of Ten desired preferences. However, if a post cannot be allotted as per the preference filled by the candidate, Competent Authority will be allotted any available post of the respective subject.
5. Recommendation /Selection will be displayed on the DMER website on 21.08.2023.
6. Recommendations letter will be communicated to candidates on the web portal through login ID.
7. Candidates should take the printout of the recommendation letter and report to the concerned allotted institute with the requisite documents within 7 days from the date of the recommendation letter.
The candidate must submit an attested photocopy of requisite documents at the respective institute where they will be allotted post as per the list given below -
1. SSC Passing Certificate / valid passport (as proof of age)
2. First, Second, and Third MBBS mark sheets (Final part-I & Part II wherever applicable)
3. Degree Mark sheet / Grade Certificate
4. Attempt certificate of all MBBS, MD/MS examinations from the head of the institution
5. MBBS degree / Passing certificate
6. MD/M.S. Degree Passing Certificate
7. Permanent Registration certificate of Maharashtra Medical Council or other State Medical Councils in India/MCI
8. Online recommendation letter of allotment of bond service. (to be downloaded from the web portal through Login ID)
Rule of TIE- BREAKER -
Selection of candidate for the vacant post shall be as per the procedure of preparation of merit list as given below -
First Level:-The Candidate having the Highest Mark in the postgraduate examination (MD/ M.S)will be preferred,
if the tie persists, then -
Second Level:-The Candidate with a higher aggregate mark (Converted into percentile) at the first, Second, and Third MBBS Examination (part I &II) taken to gather shall be preferred
if the tie persists, then -
Third Level: -The candidate with higher aggregate marks (converted into percentile) at the Third MBBS Examination (part I &II) will be preferred
if the tie persists, then -
Fourth Level: -The older candidate will be preferred.
