Fee Refund Process begins for NEET candidates in Gujarat
Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME) has released a notification related to candidates' refund of round 1 for the NEET-UG admission process, academic year – 2021-22.
DME has stated that the online refund process started yesterday (12th May 2022) and will continue till 19th May 2022.
The candidates who have either been admitted/not admitted in medical/dental/ayurvedic/homeopathy are eligible for a refund from the tuition fee paid at ACPUGMEC. They will have to fill in the online details at http://www.medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx. The following details have to be filled in -
1. Bank Name
2. Bank Account No.
3. Bank MICR No.
4. IFSC No.
5. Account Holder Name
NRI candidates note that for the refund of fees paid at ACPUGMEC, they will have to fill in the details of the Indian account. Do not fill in the details of the NRE/NRO account.
Candidates must upload a single PDF file containing all receipts of fees paid at ACPUGMEC for admission confirmation. The file should be clearly visible. And if they have paid fees money in the designated branches of HDFC Bank, they must upload the fee receipt of the bank with duly signed and stamped.
The refund amount will be paid through electronic transfer to their bank account. Money will not be transferred if there is a mismatch in filed account details and dormant/freezing of account due to banking reasons.
The candidates need to report ACPUGMEC through the following e-mail medadmgujarat2018@gmail.com, if they find any mistake in the details of the refund.
The counselling process for the academic year 2021-22 got over on 27th April 2022. This committee conducts the admission process strictly based on the candidate's merit.
Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) is responsible for conducting the counselling process for NEET UG. The committee was formed to regulate the admission of candidates to the professional medical/ dental/ Ayurveda/ homeopathy/ naturopathy degree courses.
