GGSIPU Announces Final List Of Students Eligible For Gold Medal For 15th Convocation

Delhi: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has announced the final list of students who are found eligible for the award of the Gold Medal in the forthcoming 15th Convocation of the University.

As per the notice, the list has been prepared after incorporating the objections/discrepancies. The students passed in the year 2022 & eligible for the award of a gold medal & certificate of merit. The details are enclosed in Annexure "A" in the notice below.

The list consists of 88 students; out of these, 15 students are from the medical field. The list includes all the courses related to the university.

The medical courses included are –

1. Doctor of Medicine (Psychiatry)

2. Master of Surgery (Orthopedics)

3. Master of Surgery (General Surgery)

4. Master of Surgery (Obst. & Gynea)

5. Master of Surgery (Otorhinolaryngology)

6. Doctor of Medicine (Radio Diagnosis)

7. Doctor of Medicine (General Medicine)

8. Doctor of Medicine (Pediatrics)

9. Doctor of Medicine (Pathology)

10. Doctor of Medicine (Dermatology)

11. Doctor of Medicine (Anesthesiology)

12. MCh Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

13. Post Basic Bachelor of Science Nursing

14. BAMS

15. Master of Science (Yoga)

16. Bachelor of Science (MLT)

17. Bachelor of Physiotherapy

18. Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology

19. BDS

20. BHMS

21. MBBS

The 15th Convocation in the university is scheduled to be held on 6 June 2023. The concerned students will be informed through their email/telephone/residential address to attend the Convocation. The certificate of merit and a gold medal will be conferred upon all those students who have completed the program requirement. The concerned students are requested to visit the university's website for further updates regularly.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, formerly Indraprastha University (IP or IPU), is a state university in Dwarka, Delhi. Indraprastha University was established on 28 March 1998 by the Govt. of NCT Delhi, named after Indraprastha, the capital of the kingdom led by the Pandavas mentioned in the Indian epic Mahabharata. 2001 the university was officially renamed Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) after the tenth Sikh Guru Gobind Singh.
