ICMR-JRF 2023 Entrance Exam Updated Results released, details

New Delhi- The Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) has released updated results of the ICMR -JRF 2023 entrance exam held on 8th July 2023.

The result includes Roll No, Applicant Name, Stream, Category, and Percentage up to 4 decimal place. A total of 290 candidates are selected for the Life Sciences (LS) stream and 9 candidates for the Social Science (SS) stream.

As per the earlier result of the ICMR -JRF 2023 a total of 132 candidates are selected for the Life Sciences (LS) stream and 3 candidates for the Social Science (SS) stream.

The selection/joining of the candidates who were appearing for the final exam or awaiting results will be subject to a qualifying percentage of 55% (Gen, OBC, and EWS) and 50% (SC, ST, and PwBD) in their respective postgraduate course M.Sc./MA/equivalent.

All the selected candidates are required to submit self-attested soft copies of the certificate/degree of passing qualification/examination, i.e. (Post Graduate/Equivalent) and other documents (DOB/caste certificate/EWS/ PwBD) (PDF file only, max. 1MB size) within one month of the declaration of the ICMR-JRF 2023 result should be submitted latest by 4th May 2024 to the ICMR official email ID and no hard copies will be entertained.

However, the candidate's selection is also subject to the submission of the documents as per the existing ICMR-JRF rules and guidelines. The link to the guidelines is enclosed in the notice.

Award letters will be issued to qualifying candidates after verification of the submitted documents. The award letters will be issued via email and also dispatched by post to the permanent address as mentioned in the application form (any change in the given address may be informed via email).

Further, the notice added that all emails/correspondence should have the subject “ICMR-JRF 2023 batch Roll no….” and the same needs to be addressed to “Dr Geeta Jotwani, Scientist G & Head HRD” through the ICMR website.
