Following this, the car met with an accident at around 9 pm in Ukraine. Since the duo were not wearing the seatbelts of the car, they were thrown away from the car due to the aftereffect of the accident.
This affected the duo excessively since the student suffered fractures in his leg, pelvis and spinal cord, while his friend's five ribs were broken and his liver was also damaged.
After the accident was noticed, the duo were taken to a hospital in Ukraine where the doctors began their treatment. The hospital surgeons successfully completed his spine operation on April 18 and the next surgery for his hip was scheduled on April 27, Rozana spokesman reports
Before the surgery, Paras had an open conversation with his family at 1 pm on Thursday and asked them to contact him after the surgery but unfortunately died from excessive bleeding during his hip operation on the same day.
His family was devastated to hear the news when they were informed at 6:30 pm that their son was no more.
The deceased had two sisters- one is a lawyer in Canada while the younger one is a MBBS student in Ukraine. While the student died from the accident, his friend survived following a surgery. The deceased and his friend returned to Ukraine on June last year after they had returned during the war between Russia and Ukraine.
The student's body was expected to reach his native village Lalru on Sunday or Monday morning.
