KNRUHS Notifies On Exercising Web-Options For MSc Nursing And MPT Courses Under Competent Authority Quota

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has notified the candidates about exercising web options for the mop-up phase of counseling for MSc Nursing and MPT courses under the competent authority quota (CQ). The seat matrix for the same has also been released.

As per the notice, all the eligible candidates can exercise web options for admission into vacant seats till 1.00 pm on 7th January 2023 through the website http://tspgparamed.tsche.in.

Eligibility for exercising web options -

1. Candidates who have registered online and whose names are notified in the provisional final merit list on the website of KNRUHS Warangal are eligible to exercise web.

2. Candidates who have secured admission in the previous phases of counseling, joined the course and continue in the course, and wish to slide to another college/course can exercise their options.

Non -eligibility for exercising web options – Candidates who have not joined the course after allotment in the previous phases or discontinued the course after the previous phases of counseling are not eligible to exercise the web options.

Candidates can exercise web options for vacant seats in all the colleges as per their eligibility. There is no limit to the number of options. They should exercise the web option for the colleges they are interested in joining.

Candidates who have already joined and are willing to slide to other colleges can also exercise web options during this phase. If a seat is allotted in this phase of counseling, the seat allotted and the candidate has joined during previous phases of counseling will be canceled automatically and allotted to other candidates.

One time password will be sent to the registered mobile number when exercising web options. The password consists of 6 letter code with English capital A to Z. The candidates should take the printout of the saved options. If allotted, they will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of seats. They should also log in to check their allotment status at http://tspgparamed.tsche.in website.

The selected candidates will have to download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by payment gateway method using an online payment method. They have to take the printout of the allotment order, check their allotment and report to the Principal of the allotted college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter and submit all original certificates, bonds, pay the tuition fee and college fee to complete the process of admission.

The candidates note that those who have slid from a previously admitted seat to another college should collect the original certificates, bond, and tuition fee from the previously admitted college and report to the Principal of the mop-up phase allotted college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter.

If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining, the admission will be canceled automatically. The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be canceled, and action may be initiated as per University regulations.

KNNRUHS has further informed that original certificates will not be returned to the candidate unless the candidate discontinues the course.

University fee –

2. Allotted candidates have to pay the University fee of Rs. 10000 through a payment gateway by using an online payment method and downloading the allotment letter.

3. Candidates who have paid the University fee already need not pay again.

4. The University fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Tuition fee – As notified by the Government for the course.

Seat matrix -

149 seats are allotted for the mop-up round for the above courses. Most seats are left vacant for MSc Nursing courses. MSc Nursing has 131 seats, and MPT has 18 seats vacant.
