KNRUHS reschedules Post Doctoral Fellowship Examinations, Details
Telangana: Through a recent notice, the Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has announced that the Post Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) Examinations are rescheduled to be conducted from 25.08.2021.

Eligibility to appear for Post Doctoral Fellowship Examination:
1. The PDF candidates who have been admitted into the Medical institutes affiliated to KNRUHS in Telangana State, whose admissions are approved by the KNRUHS during the academic year 2019-20 & 2018-19 (Head & Neck Surgical Oncology) are eligible to appear examinations in the month of May,2021.
2. As per PDF regulations of KNRUHS, WARANGAL the candidates have to appear for Theory and Clinical/Practical examinations after completion of the academic year.
3. The candidate should submit a certificate from the Head of the Department and Head of the Institution certifying satisfaction with the candidate's performance and competence.
a. No.of Attempts: Number of attempts for passing fellowship examination should not exceed 2 attempts, including the first attempt (the fellowship in the institution for such a candidate ceases at the end of the duration of the course).
4. The written (Theory) examinations will be conducted in (two) papers i.e., Paper-I and II, in respective subjects at Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad.
The Clinical/Practical examination will be conducted after theory examination. The clinical/Practical assessment consists of examination of given cases or practicals and presentation to the examiners on which Viva-Voice will be held. The assessment will be conducted at the respective institutions. One Internal Examiner and one External Examiner shall be appointed by the University to conduct the Clinical/Practical examination.
The Pattern of PDF exam for both Paper-I and Paper-II will be as follows: Maximum marks: Notional marks equivalent to 100. (Finally, Grades will be awarded) (A - Pass, B – Fail)
The candidates have to answer 10 question in each paper with no choice.
Note: Questions in both papers will be in applied basic sciences; subject concerned and recent advances.
Assessment:
a. Theory: No marks will be assigned, only grade will be assigned to the performance. Grade 'A' means pass and Grade 'B' meansfail.
b. Clinical/Practical: No marks will be assigned, only grades will be assigned to the performance. Grade 'A' means pass and Grade 'B' means fail and the same is informed to the University.
c. For the award of fellowship, a candidate should secure grade 'A' both in theory and clinical/practical examinations separately.
Digital valuation and providing only single answer booklet without additional answer booklet
The University is a Digital campus and implementing digital valuation for all courses. For PDF Course a single answer booklet with 64 writable pages with candidate specific bar code on each page will be issued to the candidates appearing for examinations and no additional answer book will be issued to the candidates. The candidates should answer all the questions in the single answer booklet of 64 writable pages only.
