MBBS Admission at AIIMS Raebareli: Check out eligibility criteria, fee, reporting guidelines, Details
Uttar Pradesh: Through a recent notification, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Raebareli) has released the eligibility criteria, fee details and reporting instructions for candidates seeking MBBS admission at the institute this academic year.
Candidate selected for admission to the MBBS Course - 2021 session at AIIMS Raebareli has to report at Ground Floor of Medical College Building, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Raebareli.
Candidates should bring following documents/certificates in original at the time of reporting along with one set of self-attested photocopies of all these documents/certificates:
i. Allotment Letter issued by MCC
ii. Admit Card of Exam issued by NTA
iii. Result/Rank Letter issued by NTA
iv. Class 10th Marks Sheet as proof of Date of Birth (Date of Birth Certificate if Class 10th Mark sheet/Certificate does not bear the same)
v. Class 10th Certificate
vi. Class 12th Marks Sheet
vii. Class 12th Certificate
viii. Class 12th Migration Certificate or by University/Board last attended by candidate.
ix. Relieving Letter (if upgraded in any round)
x. Category Certificate (OBC/SC/ST/EWS) as applicable should be issued as per format available at AIIMS prospectus.
a. SC/ST certificate issued by the competent authority. Community should be clearly mentioned.
b. OBC Certificate should be issued by the competent authority. The sub- caste should tally with the central list of OBC. OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer. OBC certificate must be in the prescribed format.
c. DNS certificate should be issued by the competent authority and must be in the prescribed format.
d. EWS certificate should be issued by the competent authority and must be in the prescribed format.
Note: 1. OBC/EWS Certificates should be issued from 1st April 2020 (inclusive) and start of reporting of Round-1 of MBBS Counselling notified by Medical Counselling Committee for MBBS admission will be considered valid
All the certificates should be either English or Hindi in language. In case the certificate is in regional language the candidate should carry an Attested translated copy of the certificate in English/Hindi.
xi. Disability (PWBD) Certificate- The disability certificate as per format should be certified by a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board of the State or Central Government Hospitals/Institutions.
Note: All PWBD candidates will be evaluated by Institute Medical Board of AIIMS Raebareli to determine eligibility. Therefore, all PWBD candidates are advised to reports at least 1-2 day prior to last date of reporting, so that they can undergo evaluation by the Institute Medical Board. DO NOT WAIT TILL LAST DATE OF REPORTING.
xii. Four (4) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
xiii. Proof of Identity (Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Passport/Driving License - Aadhar card is preferable)-Please carry original Identity card also, as its photocopy will be verified with the original.
xiv. Any Other documents, if applicable.
Eligibility
i. Age: Candidates should be born on or before 31.12.2004 i.e. Candidates born on or after 15th January 2005 are NOT eligible.
ii. Essential Academic Qualification:
• Candidate should have passed 12th Class under 10+2 Scheme/Senior School Certificate Examination (CBSE) or an equivalent Examination of a recognized university/board of any Indian State with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subject.
• Candidates, who have appeared or appearing at qualifying examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subject and expect to pass the Examination with required percentage of marks are also eligible to apply and appear in the Competitive Entrance Examination. However, their candidate will be considered only if they provide documentary evidence of having passed the qualifying examination with the required subjects and percentage of marks.
iii. Minimum Percentage:
• The minimum aggregate of marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology obtained in qualifying examination:
• General (UR), OBC, EWS Candidates: 60%
• SC/ST Candidate: 50%
• PwBD Candidates: 45%
Those with CGPA grades only will have to apply the conversion factor in the application form. The conversion factor should be as approved by the respective examination board
Total 5,8561-(Rupees five thousand eight hundred and fifty six only) is to be paid at the time of reporting/admission by Cash/Debit/Credit cards, Demand Draft in favour of Executive Director AIIMS, Raebareli only. Breakup of fee to be paid is given below:

This fee is for the entire duration of the course and is charged on a one-time basis at the time of admission.
Mess Fee: The mess fee will be a as per actual as decide by the Mess Contractor from time to time.

The completion of admission formalities may take more than one day. Therefore, it is advisable to plan the travel accordingly.
Those candidates who joined MBBS course at AIIMS, Raibareli, his/her all original certificate will be retained and the same will not be returned to the candidates before completion of the course The academic session for MBBS 2021 batch will start tentatively after 2nd round of counselling. Hostel allotment will be done after completion of 2nd round of counselling for which the candidates shall be informed separately
