New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), has asked the candidates seeking admission under CW category (85% Delhi Quota) to various UG courses, MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS and BHMS for the Academic Session 2021-22 to submit the relevant documents.

The MCC has notified that as per letter received from the office of the ADG (ME), Govt of India, the NEET UG Counselling 2021 is likely to start soon. Besides, in the said letter it has been requested to provide data of eligible candidates for internal seats to prevent any unauthorized registration by the candidates and seat allotment to candidates who are 'Not Eligible'.

Therefore, all the candidates seeking admission under CW category to various UG Courses MBBS/BDS/BUMS/BHMS  of 85% Delhi Quota for the academic session 2021-22 are requested to submit the relevant documents relating to CW concession/entitlement on the portal of Delhi University at http://app.du.ac.in/formcentral/view.php?id=87883 or by visiting the website of the Faculty of Medical Sciences i.e. www.fmsc.ac.in. (go to the home page of www.fmsc.ac.in -> Course updates of MBBS/BDS : click on the link http://app.du.ac.in/formcentral/view.php?id=87883)

The documents are required to be uploaded upto size 1mb in pdf/ jgp format. The portal shall remain open till 29.11.2021 upto 5:00p.m. so candidates are requested to submit their relevant documents till then.

Earlier, the MCC had released an advisory for NEET 2021 candidates.

Candidates participating in NEET UG Counselling 2021 are hereby informed that the MCC of DGHS allots seats to candidates on the basis of merit and choices filled by them through MCC software which can be downloaded only by the successful candidates from MCC website.

"MCC does not allot seats on nomination basis. It is further reiterated that no letters are issued by MCC of DGHS to successful students. Candidates who have been allotted seats by MCC have to download Provisional Allotment Letters from MCC website and report at allotted colleges for admission. Hence, candidates are advised to beware of any letters issued by scrupulous persons on behalf of MCC regarding allotment of seats," the MCC notice clarified.

Issuing a caution on registration, the MCC has advised the candidates that they should be cautious of Fake Agents and are advised to perform all activities related to Registration on the website by themselves instead of hiring agents for the same. The Password created for Registration should not be shared with anyone, the counselling body stated.

"MCC does not host any website other than www.mcc.nic.in. Candidates should beware of fake websites. Any case of fraudulent website/ agent may be immediately reported to MCC and FIR may be lodged by candidate for such matters," the MCC has further alerted the candidates on the menace of fabricated websites.
