1436 MD, MS, DM, MCh, MDS seats tentatively available for AIIMS INI CET January 2025 session, check details

New Delhi : Through a recent notice, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, AIIMS Delhi has released the tentative Position for admission to PG medical courses of INIs for INI-CET January 2025 session.

According to the seat position, a total of 1436 PG seats are available for MD, MS, DM, MCh and MDS aspirants.

As per the final seat position received from the respective Institute, the Final seat position for admission to PG courses of INIs [(MD/MS/DM(6years)/MCh(6years)/MDS] for INI-CET January 2025 session as under:

The candidates must note that In the event of Post Graduate (MD/MS/MDS/DM/MCH) Leaving the course during counselling 3,00,000/‐ (Rupees Three Lakh Only) and after the last date of joining of the last/ open counselling, he/she shall be liable to pay a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/‐ (Rupees Five Lakh only) by way of compensation/losses incurred by AIIMS Jodhpur due to such midstream departure. 

PWBD category: 5% of the seats are reserved for PWBD (between 40% to 70% disability) as per the Govt. of India regulations in all courses offered at NIMHANS except for DM/MCh courses.

*(Institute Stipendiary) : No reservations applicable for M.Ch., DM and MD Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Courses. Seat Allocation will be purely on merit basis.

**(For North – Eastern Domicile applicants should be belonging to Domiciles of Arunachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jammu & Kashmir, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura & Uttarakhand states)

*In case of Rural Area candidates, five percent seats shall be allotted on horizontal basis.

**As per provisions (Chapter VI Clouse 32) of the rights of the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities Act 2016, five percent seats shall be allotted on horizontal basis.

The disability certificate of candidate should be issued by authorised Medical Board of the State Govt./Govt. of India or any other Competent authority authorised in this regard by the State/ Government of India.

Five percent seat of PwBD category and five percent seats of Rural Area Service (RAS) category shall be allotted on horizontal basis as per AIIMS pattern. 

The above seats are tentative and may increase/decrease.
