ACPPGMEC notifies on admission cancellation process for NEET PG Counselling Candidates, Details
Gujarat:Through a recent notice Director of Medical Education (DME) has informed about the admission cancellation process for NEET PG counselling candidates.
The NEET PG Counselling 2021 is conducted by Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical courses(ACPPGMEC). The committee lookout all the counselling procedures and the schedules. Through this counselling, the candidates can pursue their MD/MS courses careers.
The candidates, who have confirmed their admission after paying fees at the designated branch of Axis bank & submitting the original documents at the Help Center, and want to cancel the admission, can cancel their admission at Help Center where the candidate has submitted Original Documents for admission confirmation between 8th February 2022 (10:00 am) till 10th February 2022 (3:00 pm). The candidates will have to go in person for the cancellation process.
For subsequent rounds of admission, the same will not be available, but candidates can participate in the subsequent round of counselling. If a candidate cannot come for some reason, the parents/representatives must bring the authorization letter signed by the candidate to Help Center. Documents will not be given if the authority letter is not there.
The candidates will have to submit original admission order of ACPPGMEC, fee receipt/ challan - Xerox copy, self-attested Xerox-copy of allotment letter of All India Quota/ Deemed/ Central Universities / Other State Counseling OR application of cancellation if not admitted anywhere, ID proof - Xerox copy, and authority letter to get the original documents.
DME has notified that the fees will be adjusted if the candidate takes admission in the 2nd & the subsequent round. If the candidate doesn't take any admission, then fees will be refunded after the completion of the admission process.
For the selection process for postgraduate courses, the candidates have to clear NEET PG and be a part of the counselling process; they will have to register themselves on the official website, where all the links are available for the counselling process.
