AIIMS Bhubaneswar notifies on Stray Round Counselling of MD, MS, DM, MCh admissions July 2024, check details

Bhubaneswar- Through a recent notice, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar has informed about the Stray Round Counselling of MD, MS, DM, MCh & MD Hospital Administration admissions July Session 2024.

As per the notice, the counselling will be held tomorrow i.e. August 30, 2024. The reporting time for Counselling is 10:30 A.M and Candidates reporting after 10:30.A.M will not be considered for admission. The venue for counselling is the academic room, dean's office, 1st floor administrative building, and AIIMS Bhubaneswar.

All the concerned candidates seeking MD, MS, DM, MCh & MD Hospital Administration Admissions in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar College are advised to take note of the following details: -

Stray Counselling for filling up the following vacant Postgraduate MD & MS and  DM, MCh & MD Hospital Administration seats of AIIMS Bhubaneswar for July 2024 Session will be held on 30th August 2024.

Following shall be terms & Conditions for the proposed counselling:

  1. All those candidates who have qualified through entrance examination stage I (Online I CBT) for MD/MS. courses (July-2024 session) held on 19th May 2024 will be eligible to participate irrespective of their merit in the Examination.
  2. All those candidates who have qualified through entrance examination of INI-SS (July-2024 session) (Online / CBT) stage 1 and stage 2 will be eligible to participate irrespective of their merit in the Examination.
  3. All the provisionally eligible candidates and who are not holding any seat by allocation are eligible to participate in stray Round of Seat Allocation.
  4. All candidates who have been allocated a seat in any previous round of seat allocation and have joined/reported on allocated seat as per procedure of joining/reporting & holding the seat are not eligible for the stray round of counselling.
  5. The candidates are required to remain physically present at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar along with Original certificates of qualification on the scheduled date & time while accepting a. seat will be treated as on the stray admission and original documents will be deposited on the stray. Non joining on any accepted seat will lead to imposition of penalty as applicable to student resigning alter admission.
  6. The allocation of seats will be made strictly as per merit of candidates in the entrance examination and on the terms and conditions as mentioned in the prospectus July 2024 of AIIMS, New Delhi.
  7. Any candidate submits any document which is not valid as per prospectus and any notice published will be treated as providing false information.

For example:

  1. Submitting a document which is not issued between dates as prescribed in the prospectus and submitted by a candidate to obtain eligibility despite knowing the fact that certification is not valid as not issued as prescribed in prospectus.
  2. Applying in anticipating of obtaining desired qualification and not obtained on the date as required.
  3. False reporting on caste, age, gender, date of acquiring eligibility, date of completion of internship.
  4. Any other information which is not true as required in prospectus/ notice and submitted in order to dispute at later stage

7.If it is established, at any time during the process of Seat allocation of INI-CET July 2024 or later, that applicant has deliberately furnished incorrect information for the purpose of falsification, it shall be treated as an attempt to cheat and the candidature shall be annulled and further legal and disciplinary actions will be taken.

8.The selected candidates are required to join immediately after they are found medically fit. No extension will be given under any circumstances and will join on the same day i.e. 30th August 2024. The following Original Documents are to produce for the Stray Counselling:

  • Date of Birth Proof (10th Certificates)
  • 12th Certificate
  • MBBS Mark Sheet & Degree certificates
  • Internship completion Certificates
  • Medical Registration Certificate (State I Central)
  • Caste Certificate (Only for MD/MS)
  • Post Graduate (MD/MS) Mark sheet & Degree Certificate (Only for DM, MCh & MD)
  • Medical Registration Certificate (State/ Central)
