AIIMS Declares Results for INI SS January 2024 Session Open Round counselling

New Delhi- All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has declared the result of the INI-SS open round of seat allotment for DM, M.Ch and MD (Hospital Administration) courses for the January 2024 session. Along with this, AIIMS has also issued a notice detailing about the general rules that have to be followed for Online Institute Allocation.

As per the notice, the result has been prepared according to the candidate's choice filled during the Open round of Institute allocation and merit secured in AML & CML.

Furthermore, there are a total of 38 seats, where 30 seats have been allotted in DM, 5 seats in MCH and 3 seats in MD (Hospital Administration).

Candidates who have been allotted institutes in the open round of institute allotment are directed to report at the allotted institute by 5.00 pm on Saturday, February 17, 2024. The claim to allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) by candidates is subject to mandatory reporting & joining at the respective Institute in the given time. The need to report directly at the allocated Institute with a downloaded offer letter from MyPage and all necessary documents/certificates on the given date. If the candidate fails to report and join on 17th February then it will lead to forfeiture of Rs 3 lakh deposited at the time of open round registration will be forfeited.

At the time of reporting, candidates are required to submit 12 original documents/certificates. Candidates must ensure that certificates from any other person/authority will not be accepted and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. The name, designation and seal of the officer should be legible on the certificate. Furthermore, verification of documents for eligibility as well as identity verification of candidature is mandatory.

If a candidate fails to submit the documents/certificates the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled and the allotted seat (Institution) will be vacated.

The documents/certificates are as follows-

1 Copy of Proof of Deposit of Rupees 3 Lakh (deposited between 01.02.2024 to 06.02.2024).

2 Offer Letter(From MyPage after logging in).

3 Institute allocation Slip (take a print after online acceptance of the allocated Seat (Institute subject/speciality).

4 Completion of the application form (Final Registration Slip, From MyPage after logging in).

5 Admit Card issued by AIIMS (From MyPage after logging in).

6 MBBS Original Degree Certificate with all Professional marks sheet.

7 Original/Provisional (as available) passing certificate of MD/MS.

8 Mark Sheets of MD/MS certificates.

9 Tenure & course Completion certificate till 31.01.2024

10 Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificates issued by MCI/DMC/State Medical.

11 High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth. (Matriculation).

12 Any other certificate in respect of candidature as per prospectus INI-SS Part-B of the respective institute as applicable.
