Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Delhi) has announced the results of an open round of seat allocation (institute against applied subject/speciality) for DM/MCh/MD(Hospital Administration) courses, January 2023 Session (INI-SS).

All candidates who have been allocated an institute (against applied subject/speciality) in the open round of institute allocation must report to the allotted institute by 23rd February 2023 up to 5.00 pm. To view the results, click on the link below –

The courses included are –

1. DM – Gastroenterology

2. DM – Neurology

3. DM - Neuroimaging And Interventional Neuroradiology

4. MCH – CTVS

5. MCH - Neuro Surgery

This result is in the continuation of the previous result of 1st, 2nd & 3rd rounds of institute allocation against applied subject/speciality vide Notice No. 201/2022 dated 15.12.2022, Notice No. 03/2023 dated 11.01.2023 & Notice No. 07/2023 dated 21.01.2023 respectively for admission in DM/M.Ch/MD(HA) courses for January-2023 session. This result has been prepared according to their choice filled during an open round of institute allocation and merit secured in AML & CML.

The list includes only those candidates eligible for seat allocation for an open round of institute allocation as per notice No. 48/2023 dated 10.02.2023. It has been allocated institute as per merit, choices made and available seats. For the open round of institute allocation, the order of institute (against applied subject/speciality) allocation was based on the original merit list.

If any seat remaining/arises (s) vacant at any Institute after this open round of seat allocation. The particular institute (s) may conduct its open competition of seat/institute allocation for the vacant seats on or before the last admission date as published in the prospectus.

The claim to allocated seat (institute and subject/speciality) by candidates is subject to mandatory reporting & joining at the respective institute by 23rd February 2023 up to 5:00 pm and verification of the documents for eligibility as applicable as well as identity verification of the candidature. If candidates fail to submit the required certificates, their candidature will be cancelled; the allotted seat (institute) will be vacated.

Candidates must report directly at the allocated institute with a downloaded offer letter from MyPage and the required document/certificate within the last joining date. Failure to report and join by above mentioned date will lead to forfeiture of Rs.3 Lakh deposited at the time of Open round registration.

The following documents have to be submitted in original –

1. Copy of Proof of Deposit of Rupees 3 Lakh (deposited between 10.02.2023 to 15.02.2023)

2. Offer Letter (From MyPage after logging in)

3. Institute allocation Slip (take a print after online acceptance of the allocated seat (institute subject/speciality)

4. Completion of the application form (Final Registration Slip, From MyPage after logging in)

5. Admit Card issued by AIIMS (From MyPage after logging in

6. MBBS Original Degree Certificate with all Professional marks sheet

7. Original/Provisional (as available) passing certificate of MD/MS

8. Mark Sheets of MD/MS certificates

9. Tenure & course Completion certificate till 31.01.2023

10. Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI/DMC/State Medical

11. High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth. (Matriculation)

12. Any other certificate in respect of candidature as per prospectus INI-SS Part-B of the respective institute as applicable

AIIMS has further notified that a certificate from any other person/authority will not be accepted, and no further correspondence will be entertained. The officer's name, designation and seal should be legible on the certificate.
