AIIMS Fellowship Program July 2024 Stage-I Result Declared, details

New Delhi- The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has declared the result of the Stage-I online CBT entrance examination for the Fellowship Program for the July 2024 session.

The candidates who appeared in the Entrance Examination which was held on Tuesday, 30th April 2024 have qualified for Stage II and are required to appear for Departmental  Clinical/ Practical / Lab Based Assessment through video conferencing mode only.

The dates of Stage II under each fellowship program are indicated in the result. However, the details of the video conferencing platform and the timings of the Assessment shall be communicated to the candidates on their registered email IDs by the respective Departments.

The results are declared roll number-wise and not in order of merit. As per the result, a total of 38 candidates were qualified for Stage II.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1 The result is declared on the basis of the latest seat position as mentioned in the Prospectus uploaded on the AIIMS official website.

2 For each available seat, three times the number of candidates out of the qualified candidates, in the Stage–I Examination, have been called for Departmental Assessment (Online Mode only). The number called may vary depending on the number of qualified candidates and tie cases.

3 The facility for uploading certificates/documents will be available from 7th May 2024 onwards. The last date for uploading Certificate/Documents is Friday, the 10th May, 2024 upto 05:00 P.M. Hard copies/photocopies of the documents/certificates are NOT required to be sent to the Examination Section, AIIMS, New Delhi. In case the documents are not uploaded by 05.00 P.M. on Friday, the 10th May 2024, the candidature will be considered as cancelled/withdrawn and no communication will be entertained in this regard. Therefore candidates, in their own interest are requested not to wait till the last moment to upload the necessary certificates/documents.

All original certificates/documents will be verified at the time of Joining. Candidature shall be liable to be cancelled if not found in order as per eligibility criteria published in the prospectus.

All candidates are also required to note that selection/outcome of the Examination is subject to fulfilment of eligibility, production of all original certificates/documents and other requirements as mentioned in the Prospectus.

4 The candidates qualified for Stage II are required to upload the scanned copies (from 07-05-2024 to 10-05-2024) of the following certificates/documents (as applicable) on the AIIMS official website through My Page using the credentials for login-

i Date of Birth Certificate.

ii Graduation Certificate.

iii Post-graduation certificate.

iv Senior Residency Certificate.

v Experience Certificate.

vi NOC / Sponsorship certificate (if applicable).

vii Certificate / Documents in support of Ex-Army Personnel / Ex-Serviceman/ Commissioned Officer Including ECO, SSCO.

viii Any other certificate/document as mentioned in the Prospectus for the respective Fellowship Programme courses.
